Rene Marie Russo was an American actress, director and supermodel. Her beautiful beauty and successes in the field of film reflect her talents as a performer. In the 1970s, she began her modeling career and quickly was one of the most prominent figures in this industry. From the 80s onwards, she began taking acting classes and studied theater before appearing on stage in Los Angeles. Russo debuted on screen in ABCs Sable drama series in 1987 as Eden Kendell. The first film she acted in, Major League was released just two years after. Russo played Tom Berengers 'love interest. The critics were initially skeptical about her ability as an actor, but her consistent performance enthused them. They were most impressed with her when she appeared in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak in which she defended her own to the point of no return against Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. However, according to her own statements, she wasn't a fan of the role. After a prolonged vacation, she self-imposed herself in 2005. She then made a comeback as a part of the movie about superheroes Thor. Also, she was in her husbands Oscar award-winning film Nightcrawler. Then she went on to play in light-hearted comedies like The Intern and Just Getting Started.

Rose Namajunas was one of UFC's most popular female athletes. Her early days were spent as an amateur boxer that competed in regional events before joining Invicta Fighting Championships. Then she joined the Ultimate Fighting Championships. She has gained a lot of fame since joining the UFC because of her outside and inside the octagon's success. Namajunas was a Lithuanian who immigrated to the United States. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on the 29th of June, 1992. Growing up, Rose was involved in sports such as basketball and kickboxing. She made her debut professionally when she was 18 at the Invicta Fighting Championships at which she won two matches by submission. The fights caught the eye of Dana White who signed her to be a part of the UFC Strawweight in December 2014 at just 22 years old. The career of Rose has been full of extremes, as well as lows and she's capable of coming out of the fight with a win. Rose was a fighter against Carla Esparza in April 2015 in the Women's Strawweight Title. The fight was won by technical knockout within 3 minutes after the start of the round. It was the first female to fight for a title title with any major promotion worldwide. Namajunas was able to record many wins, including two victories over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her the title of Performance of the Night by UFC.
